What is the file size and how long will it take to download?
The total download file is about 3.8 MB in size - that includes all the setup files as well. Assuming "normal" Internet traffic the download times would be as follows:
56k modem = ~10 minutes
DSL/Cable modem = ~1 minute
Of course, download times can vary depending on your connection speed to the Internet and the Internet traffic at the time - but it shouldn't vary too much from those time estimates.
I've lost the registered installation file. What do I do?
You can download 1 Click PC Fix from our website or review the email sent to you from 1 Click PC Fix after registering your copy. If you have selected Extended eSellerate Download Service (eDS), you can download the application up to one year after registering 1 Click PC Fix
When will I receive my license code information after purchasing?
If you registered from within the program (embedded
web store), i.e. registered PC Doc Pro within the application, activation is immediate after credit card authentication. There is no need to enter any serial codes as this is done automatically.
If however, if you register 1 Click PC Fix through our web
store, it can take up to 20 minutes for your registration details to replicate across all our servers. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet to activate 1 Click PC Fix. Carefully enter your user name and serial number provided.
Please reboot your machine if activation does not occur after this time, and reconnect to the Internet to complete the registration process.
Please note some small delays may occur in verifying your credit card details under some circumstances.
I have just purchased online but I didn't receive my receipt via email. What happened?
Receipts are sent immediately after the order has been processed. Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and that the computer or ISP does not have a firewall or SPAM/ad-blocker affecting the delivery of email, please also ensure you entered a correct email address.
The license code provided to me is invalid when I enter into the program?
If you registered through our web store, you need to enter your the serial number into the program
As the characters in the license code can be confused, please copy and paste (as opposed to manually typing in) the license details.
If the serial is still coming up as invalid, please ensure that 1clickPCfix has access through your firewall. Switching off a firewall does not have the desired affect

Where is the directory location of 1 Click PC Fix?
When you download the free 1 Click PC Fix software onto your computer it should automatically place an icon on your desktop and also an entry in your "Start" menu so you can easily open up the program at any time you want.
However, in the unlikely instance that it DOES NOT install either of these you can find the actual program in the following directory on your computer:
C:\Program Files\1 Click PC Fix v4
If you look inside that folder you should see a small icon with the name "1clickpcfix" beside it - just double-click on that icon and the 1 Click PC Fix master control window will open up on your screen.
The program is registered but after scanning and repairing consecutively, the same number of detected problems appear
Please make sure you after the scan is concluded, on the Scan Screen, as below, that 'System Tune-Up' is selected. By default, these items need a second confirmation as this resets some system settings.

Some junk files and registry keys may not be deleted during the scan as they are being used by Windows and other processes on your PC. As soon as they are moved, they are re-created by Windows processes such as
WiFi. Remember that the registry is a dynamic database and there are literally dozens of different processes accessing it all the time. Its state is constantly changing as there are literally dozens of processes accessing it all the time. This is perfectly normal
