The program is registered but after scanning and repairing consecutively, the same number of detected problems appear.
Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of 1 Click PC Fix from here.
If the problem persists, the problem may be caused by reoccurring invalid entries. Invalid entries can be created by programs (and even Windows) through their normal operation. For example, when a program is started, it puts entries into the registry and creates files which the registry entries point to. When the program is shut down, it may remove the files but leave the registry entries in the Registry, thus creating an invalid entry.
Please run a test to determine if 1 Click PC Fix is working correctly.

Win 7/ Vista/ XP/ 200 Profiles
I have a number of different profiles (logins for different users) set up in Windows . When I scan on my profile 1 Click PC Fix works fine, but when someone else tries to use 1 Click PC Fix through their profile it doesn't work - what should I do?
Windows uses a system of "profiles" - or simply put, a separate login for different users giving them a customized desktop and file access.
In Window 7, Vista and XP you are able to grant any user what is deemed "Administrator" access. Each user who wants to run 1 Click PC Fix under their "profile" MUST have administrator access on the computer or 1 Click PC Fix will find errors but not fix them. This is because without "Administrator" access a person is restricted from accessing certain areas of the computer that 1 Click PC Fix must use to work effectively - thus "Administrator" access is a must.
In Windows XP the "Administrator" access can be controlled easily by going into the Control Panel and selecting the "User Accounts" option to view all of the current users.
Should I continue using Scan Disk and Defragmenter?
We do recommend continuing to use
Scandisk and Disk Defragmenter periodically. Both of these in conjunction with 1 Click PC Fix will help to optimize your PC's performance.
A simple test is to run Scandisk and then run 1 Click PC Fix. Most likely 1 Click PC Fix will locate errors that
Scandisk does not and vice versa. All three scan different areas of your computer and complement one another.
After I downloaded 1 Click PC Fix I was prompted to Reboot my computer
Yes. You can safely reboot your computer if it prompted you to and 1 Click PC Fix will load with Windows when it starts back up. Unfortunately, we have little control on how the Windows Installer handles software on your computer so in some rare cases you may be prompted to "reboot" your PC so Windows fully recognizes the new software that has been installed.
Once your computer reboots, simply double-click on the 1 Click PC Fix icon on your desktop to get the "Master Control" window back up on your screen. You can then just click on the button to scan your computer for errors.

Discovered a bug in the software?
Please let us know! Your feedback is very important to us and we have set up a "bug" report page where you can detail the bug that you've found in the software and submit it to our programming team for further analysis.
Just as a clarification, a "bug" is not the same as not knowing how to do something with the software. A software "bug" is when you expect a certain function within the software and it either doesn't work as expected or something else happens in its place that is unexpected.
